Prayer Blankets

Relief to the suffering, peace to the fearful. May each Prayer Blanket Recipient know they are not alone. We are praying for their healing and comfort. This beautiful act of sacrifice before the Lord transforms this blanket into a prayer blanket whose very threads become interwoven with pleas for healing on behalf of the recipient. To request a Prayer Blanket for someone who is ill or in need, contact Meryl Rooney at (504) 472-4383.  The blankets are lovingly created and donated by parishioners of Divine Mercy Parish.  There is no charge for the blanket.
