Confirmation Mass

Please join Fr. Cooper in congratulating the 36 Candidates from Divine Mercy Parish who received the Sacrament of Confirmation on Thursday, April 27^th through the anointing and the laying on of consecrated hands by Archbishop Aymond. In the sacrament of Confirmation, the Holy Spirit gives gifts of wisdom, understanding, counsel, fortitude, knowledge, piety, and a proper fear of the Lord. The gifts our young men and women received will enable them to develop the fruits of the Spirit in their lives. They will become better able to grow in virtue, to be strong in their beliefs, strong in their worship, strong in their witness, strong in their morals, and strong in their prayer. Please continue to thank God for them, their sponsors, and their families during this joyous time.
