We at Divine Mercy believe that everyone has worth and is loved by God from conception to natural death and should be treated with dignity and love. Using the April Corporal Work of Mercy from the Footprints for Life Program, founded by Natasia Kissinger, the St. Anthony Ministry and Culture of Life Committee of Divine Mercy gathered and assembled care packages which will be distributed to the homeless. Thanks to your generosity, over 100 care packages are being donated to the Harry Thompson Center. While the care items themselves are only small temporal items, they are covered in prayers and are an inspiring reminder of faith in action as we are called to live out the Corporal Works of Mercy in our everyday lives.
