The St. Anthony Ministry to the Needy will be leading the effort once again for the Divine Mercy Parish Thanksgiving Baskets that will be donated to families in our parish and school. We have a goal of creating 75 Baskets, so your kindness, donations, and prayers are greatly needed.
ALL donations must be delivered to the church no later than noon, Friday, November 17th, 2023.
The list of items needed is the same as in the past. We will supplement your donations with what we receive through the Parish ministry to create the Baskets. Food donations can be placed in the basket or under the St. Anthony Statue in the Narthex of the Church, and monetary/gift cards can be placed in the Donation Poor Box.
Below are the food items (no glass containers please) needed to support this effort:
• Stuffing
• Instant mashed potatoes
• Canned yams
• Canned turkey gravy
• Canned corn, peas, or green beans
• Canned soups
• Tea bags
• Corn muffin or Roll mix
• Brownie or Cake mix and icing
• Canned fruit
• Instant Jell-O or pudding
• Canned pumpkin
• Pie Crust
• Marshmallows
• Cooking Oil – 1 qt
• Cranberry Sauce
• Cash donations
• Gift Cards - preferred amount is $25 for Rouses, Walmart, or Target.
• Please place Gift Cards and Cash in the St. Anthony Donation Poor Box.
