The Deed Is Done!

As of Thursday, April 20th, our parish has officially paid off the entire debt on both the Church building and the Parish Center (our first construction loan with the ANO), totaling $10.8 million. Even with the COVID-19 pandemic and the destruction of Hurricane Ida, we have become debt-free in our first building loan, thanks to your support and generosity!

We continue our work on our second construction loan to build SEAS, which currently stands at approximately $15 million. 
In addition to paying off the Church and PCC debt, we have also generated $2.5 million towards the debt for the construction of the school (over $700,000 in debt reduction donations plus $1.8 million in escrow designated for debt payment on the school) over the past four years.
