YCP New Orleans would like to invite all young adults in their 20s and 30s to attend their November Executive Speaker Series with Peter Finney, the editor-in-chief of the Clarion Herald. The free event will be held in our community center from 7PM - 9PM on Tuesday, November 10th. Masks are required to attend.

Catholics are encouraged to vote yes for the Love Life Amendment (No. 1 on the ballot) in Louisiana on November 3. As you may be aware, the Louisiana Catholic Bishops have come out in strong support of this amendment because it will “amend the Louisiana Constitution and thereby continue to strengthen our commitment to end abortion in our state.” The Louisiana bishop’s statement reads . . .

With the cancellation of our 2020 Seafood Festival, the monetary impact will be felt deeply by our Church and School community. Help us continue the ministry of educating students, supporting parish initiatives, and providing resources to pay for utilities and insurance by supporting our “Gone Fishing” Campaign. Catholics are invited by the United States Conference of Catholic Bishops to join in a unique witness of prayer on October 7, the Memorial of Our Lady of the Rosary, for a virtual prayer event with the intention of uniting Catholics across the country in a moment of prayer for America.
